Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for fit or preference. Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.
What is the process for a return?
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and include the original tag. Once the defect is verified, a refund will be issued.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. In such cases, we will coordinate a replacement at no additional cost to you.
